How it works
Start your stream first. Place the order while you are live, and the chatters join your chat within minutes. They keep writing for the run time you picked and then stop, so stay live until the run is over.
Your order history shows when each order started and where it stands.
Before you order
- Be live on Kick when you place the order, and stay live for the whole run time.
- Paste the link to your Kick channel: kick.com/ followed by your channel name. Your live stream runs at that same address.
- Open your chat to everyone while the order runs. Followers-only, subscribers-only or emotes-only chat, or a minimum account age, can stop the chatters from writing, and a long slow mode means fewer messages.
- Run one chatters order per channel at a time, and start the next one when the first has ended.
Run time, retries and refunds
Chatters are a live service. You buy a run of 30, 60 or 120 minutes, and when it ends the chatters leave your chat. For your next stream you place a new order.
The order ends with the run time
When the minutes you picked are over, the order is done, so there is no refill on chatters. If you want chat for a bigger part of your stream, pick 120 minutes above the price grid.
If an order is not delivered
You can retry it free of charge or get a refund. If it is only partly delivered, you can retry the missing part or get that part refunded. The full policy, including when a refund doesn't apply, is in our terms.
Your account and your payment
We never ask for your password
All we need is the link to your Kick channel. We never ask you to log in, connect an app or send a code. If a site asks for your Kick password, close the tab.
Secure checkout and invoices
Card payments go through our payment providers' encrypted checkout, and you can also pay with credits. Every payment comes with an invoice, and you can add your company details to it.
