Yes. SMM World provides an invoice for every payment. SMM World is run by SMM-World ApS, a company registered in Denmark (CVR 41496843, VAT number DK41496843). Each invoice shows the seller, the invoice number, the date, what you bought and the VAT.
What is on the invoice
- The seller's company name, address and registration number
- Your name, or your company name, address and registration or VAT number
- A sequential invoice number and the date of payment
- Each service you ordered and the amount paid
- The VAT rate and VAT amount where VAT applies
You can open every invoice from Order History and Credit Purchase History in your account.
Invoices for businesses
Add your company name, address and registration or VAT number on the Billing Information page before you pay. Invoices issued after that carry your company details.
For customers in the EU the price includes VAT at the rate of your country, and the invoice shows the amount. EU businesses with a VAT number confirmed in the EU register (VIES) are invoiced under the reverse charge. Customers outside the EU are not charged EU VAT.
Download all invoices for a period
In Order History you can pick a start and end date and download every invoice from that period in one ZIP file. It holds one PDF per invoice and a CSV overview with the date, invoice number, net amount, VAT and total, ready to attach or import in your accounting system. One download covers up to a year.
Who issues the invoice
That depends on the payment method. For payments we take ourselves, SMM-World ApS issues the invoice. Some card payments are processed by Fungies, which acts as merchant of record. Fungies is then the seller and sends you the invoice, and your account holds a credit confirmation for the purchase. To get that invoice in your company's name, choose the business option on the Fungies payment page.
When you pay for an order with credits you already bought, you receive an order confirmation. The invoice for that money was issued when you bought the credits.
