How it works on your stream
Start your stream first, then place the order. Viewers begin joining within minutes of payment, and your viewer count goes up as they arrive. They stay for the run time you chose, and when it is over the order is done.
Your order history shows when each order started and where it stands.
Before you order
- Be live when you order. Viewers can only join a stream that is running, so go live on Kick before you pay.
- Paste the link to your channel, kick.com/yourname. That is the address your stream runs on.
- Stay live for the whole run time. If you plan to stream for two hours, pick 120 minutes.
- Run one viewers order on your channel at a time, so each order is counted correctly.
Run time, retries and refunds
Live viewers are bought for a set time. They join, stay for the 30, 60 or 120 minutes you chose, and then the order ends. That is the whole service, so there is no refill: for your next stream, you place a new order.
Viewers for the time you choose
The run time is fixed when you order. For a longer stream, pick 120 minutes, or place a new order once the first one has ended.
If an order is not delivered
You can retry it free of charge or get a refund. If it is only partly delivered, you can retry the missing part or get that part refunded. A retry sends viewers to your channel again, so go live before you start one. The full policy, including when a refund doesn't apply, is in our terms.
Your account and your payment
We never ask for your password
All we need is the link to your Kick channel. We never ask you to log in, connect an app or send a code. If a site asks for your Kick password, close the tab.
Secure checkout and invoices
Card payments go through our payment providers' encrypted checkout, and you can also pay with credits. Every payment comes with an invoice, and you can add your company details to it.

Viewers, chat and followers
Lots of viewers and a silent chat can look a little odd. If you'd like messages in chat while the viewers are there, add chatters for the same stream. They post general chat messages for the run time you pick, and you don't choose what they say.
Viewers last for one stream. Followers show on your channel page between streams too, so if you want a bigger number there as well, add followers for your channel to your next order.
