How to see liked posts in the Instagram app

   From your profile, open the menu and choose Your activity.

   Open Interactions, the area that groups likes, comments, and other actions.

   Choose Likes, then tap any thumbnail to open the original post or reel.

The labels can move slightly after an app update, but the official route is still Your activity → Interactions → Likes. Update the Instagram app first if one of those options is missing.

How to find liked posts on a computer

On Instagram.com, select More in the lower-left corner, then follow Your activity → Interactions → Likes. Select a post or video to open it.

Instagram's help page lists computer support for this feature. If the browser layout is narrow, the More control may appear as a menu icon instead of a full text label.

Can you find a specific old post?

Start in Likes and use any sort or filter controls shown in your version of Instagram. These controls can help narrow the recent list, but they do not change the main limit: Instagram documents access to the 300 most recent liked posts.

If the post is not there, check these boundaries before assuming the feature is broken:

• It may be older than the recent 300. The built-in screen is not a permanent archive of every like.
• You may have removed the like. An unliked post no longer belongs in your liked-post history.
• You may be using a different account. Activity is tied to the Instagram account that performed the action.
• The post may no longer be available to your account. Activity history does not restore access to unavailable content.

Avoid third-party apps that promise a complete private history. Instagram already provides the supported account view, and you should never give another service your password, recovery code, session cookie, or two-factor code.

How to remove one or several likes

To remove one like, open the post from the Likes screen and select the filled heart again. Instagram notes that the activity alert disappears soon after an unlike, but a push notification may already have been delivered to the person who posted it.

Instagram also supports removing likes from multiple posts. If your Likes screen shows Select, choose the posts, select Unlike, and confirm. The exact placement can vary by app version. If bulk selection is not available, open and unlike the posts individually.

Who can see posts you have liked?

Your Your activity screen is the account-management view. The like itself can still be visible on the post.

Instagram says that when you like a photo, the like is visible to anyone who can see that post. If you like a public post, your username can be visible there even when your own account is private. For a post from a private account, only people permitted to see that post can see its likes.

This means a private profile does not make every like you leave on public content private.

Liked-post history is different from like counts

These Instagram controls answer different questions:

Hiding like counts does not erase your likes or clear the list in Your activity. It changes whether totals are shown on posts and reels.

If your goal is engagement on your own post

Finding posts you liked is an account-history task. Adding engagement to a post you own is a separate decision with different risks and expectations.

Instagram says it may remove likes, follows, and comments created by accounts that use automated apps to generate inauthentic activity. If you compare any third-party service, check the stated source, delivery terms, refill terms, and credential requirements. A provider's claims are not Instagram approval, and purchased delivery cannot guarantee organic reach or recommendations.
